When it comes to educating children whose first language is not English, there are two

structures of teaching. In one hand, there is Inclusive education program which combinator all students together. In other words, native speakers and English learners learning together side by side in the same schoolroom, regardless of their races, cultures, first language, or linguistics deficits. Also,in this process the school communities, and all the public schools support and address the individual needs of each child. In the other hand, there is Exclusive educationwhich is an independent program where the English learnersseparate from the native speakers. There is a big debate about this approach. Everyone of us has his own opinion about which of this program is better when teaching children who are English learners. Usually, it is based up one’s own opinion. I recently,asked my self which one is better. Personally, I found that Inclusion of students is the greatest program because everyone will benefit form it. For instance, in this valuable education structure not only English learners’ benefit, but native speakers, government and children with special needs will also advantage.

The primary beneficiaries from the full inclusion classrooms are the English learners

because in an inclusion setting, ESL students are immersed with the native speakers on a daily basis. This daily interaction with the native speakersand language it leads to rapid, greater in English language acquisition likewise the accent. Furthermore, the ESL student can advantage from the different types of support that are provided to help them to build their proficiency in English.  My curiosity about how much ESL students benefit for this precious program drove me to ask my friend Sabrina about her daughter experience. Sabrina said,” I moved to Unites States of America from Tunisia when my daughter Diana was five years old, and she don’t speak English. The first month her dad, and I thought about private school; it is very expensive. In inclusive education program, the native speaker also benefits from it, as they share

same opportunities with the English learners. Moreover, children can learn more than two languages because of the prefrontal cortex of the brain; they learn so many things through their own self-direction experience,observation, and the most important they learn from eachother. I remember that when I was in university, there was a classmate who name Soufiane, and who speaks German language flawlessly. Sometimes, the teachers used dictionary to look at the hard vocabulary that he used in he essays. When we asked him about the secret of his mastery of this language, he said, “WhenI was in public alimentary school, I mate many people from various countries. It was so much fun to talk with them, and it was also a good opportunity to learn about different countries and different cultures. However, I mate Bthilda who speaks only German. At the beginning, we used to talk with signs because she didn’t understand me, nor do I understand her. With time, I began to understand her, and she began to understand me. In other words, I started speaking English, and she started speaking French. Additionally, the public school that gave me opportunities to meet different categories of classmates was the secret of my superiority.”The native speakers cognitively can benefit from the language, culture, and knowledge of the language learners. Jean Piaget Stated that,” Children at a younger age tend to be more open-minded in general in in elementary school than they are at a later age. They are more interested in learning about the world around them and more enthusiastic about different cultures.” He also explained that,“If a child is exposed to the study of a language and culture early on, then the child will be able to incorporate global concepts into his/her “realm of understanding” The inclusive education program is like the gold standard for the native speakers because it give them an valuable chance to learn other languages, cultures, and learning about the world around them.

but everyone advantages. For instance, the language learners will speak English fluently, the native speakers will nourish their minds with diversity of languages, identities, and cultures. Whereas, the government will save money to invest in providing jobs to students. Really, the inclusion is a very effective structure; I recommend it to all parents.
