Interviewing is a qualitative method of collecting data from involved participants through the direct answering of research questions. The interview requires open open-ended questions to enable participants to provide their views concerning the research (Cox, Higginbotham, & Burton, 2019). My marketing research uses open-ended questions to interview three customers in a group-based system, recording their responses. Based on the research questions interviewed to customers, they accepted that3G Homes developed better housing estates than other companies building new homes. However, they portrayed their happiness concerning the new homes. The customers complained of high costs charged by the 3G Homes and requested for further regulation of prices. Customers also recommended the addition of specification and expanding media platforms to attract other customers to enjoy 3G Homes services.

I also focused on the management perspective by interviewing the business manager to understand current issues and challenges that are preventing the business from expanding. Managerial issues seemed to limit the business from expansion—lack of enough financial resources to expand medial social platforms and add specifications about the building new home. Lack of genuine clients who make false promises towards paying their wages and salaries is another major problem facing management. Higher competition from other firms and huge advertisements related costs.

The business charges the highest payments from customers; therefore, getting more customers is low. Management should regulate the charges delegated to their customers. The business should maintain the provision of quality services to customers as they appreciated it. On the other hand, the business should find more financial initiatives to fund advertisement programs and expand its services by widening social media. Generally, there is a need to fund management to meet marketing requirements.
