Capstone Final Paper Business plan for Baseball/Softball Training

What is your topic?
Business Plan for a Baseball/Softball training Facility
Why is it of interest to you?
This interest me because I have been around baseball all of my life. I started playing when I was 3 years old then I played throughout high school and college and now I am a professional. My father played both in college and professionally. He also ran an indoor training facility in New York called Frozen Ropes. I want to create a plan to open a facility here in south Florida.
What prior experience/research do you have regarding this topic?
During my off-season I run and coach for an organization that I started called he Boca Bombers. As an organization we have 2 teams (13 and under team, 14 and under team) that are ran and coached by me. I am also the Hitting coach a West Boca high school, and I coach for Elite Squad Baseball which is a very establish college showcase organization.
What is the theme/Slant?
Successful business plan that can not only help young athletes get better and achieve their goals but promote healthy lifestyles within the community.
What is your research question?
How can I create an indoor facility in South Florida and make it profitable?

The Capstone project is designed to provide the student with an opportunity to synthesize knowledge gained from courses taken throughout the program.

The final paper should be 15 – 20 pages in length, not including title page, table of content, and bibliography. The font size should be no larger than 12 point and the margins on the top, bottom, left, and right side of the page should be no larger than one inch.
The paper must have at least 12 references that are cited according to APA guidelines. There should be citations throughout the paper as well as a bibliography.
The paper will demonstrate the student’s ability to use clear and concise writing at the college level.
The paper will include appropriate visual components (that are referenced in the paper)- graphs, charts, diagrams, etc.
You will choose the Topic for your paper during Week 1. The paper should encompass the course materials learned throughout the student’s bachelor-level academic career. Subject materials may include but are not limited too: marketing, finance, accounting, and management.
The paper will automatically be submitted to Safe Assign upon submission in order to check for plagiarism. You must receive an Similarity Score of 30% or lower. If your score is higher than 30%, you must revise until you receive the desired score.
